When we face roadblocks to our personal goals, what is our reaction? Do we wait for others to smooth our way? Do we blame and complain? Removing obstacles costs in time and energy. The reward is rarely as obvious and instant as that which the peasant received. Personal satisfaction and a better quality of life may in the long run be far more valuable than coins.
